     <title>Proceedings of the conference MEFANET 2009 published</title>

     <description>At 4th conference of Czech and Slovak faculties of medicine with international participation, focused on e-learning and medical informatics in the education of medical disciplines MEFANET 2010, the participants and the representatives of medical faculties involved in the MEFANET project obtained the printed version of proceedings from the conference MEFANET 2009. The print of this proceedings is 1,000 copies; the proceedings is not for sale and was distributed to all Czech and Slovak medical faculties, each of them having obtained 60-100 copies. The electronic version of MEFANET 2009 proceedings is available for download below.</description>

     <title>Mini-invasive treatment of stress urinary incontinence with tension free vaginal tape TVT-O</title>

     <description>The insertion of a tension-free vaginal tape (TVT) under the urethra has become the golden standard in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence in women. Stress urinary incontinence represents serious medical and social problem. Surgical treatment of urethra hypermobility or hypotonia has become the optimal treatment option. Mini-invasive vaginal surgical approach is the most effective. This video shows vaginal urethropexis with tension free vaginal tape inserted to obturatory fossa by  a quot;inside-out a quot; technique.</description>

     <description>Hypertext Atlas of Organ Pathology contains teaching materials for pre-graduate students. It is under construction and in full version so far available in Czech language only. The English version contains only chapters with images to enable image sharing (see bellow). The interface is similar to the Atlas of Dermatopathology. Many macroscopic and microscopic images are available, as well as images from CT and MRI scanners and endoscopes.</description>

Interactive examples in R and lectures in video format are provided. This educational material contains contributions of different experts in the field from all over the Europe. The content in this e-learning material will be up-dated and extended so that it reflects the latest knowledge in this field.

     <title>Treatment of congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia by a vascularised fibular graft</title>

All were healed irrespective of long-term treatment involving in two cases additional spongioplasty.
