This educational video shows the procedure for harvesting a free vascularized fibula that can be used for microsurgical reconstruction of bone defects of the tibia, femur, forearm, and upper or lower jaw. The entire operation, which has been edited into a 18-minute video, is described in detail: English subtitles are available.

Tento edukační materiál poskytuje formou videozáznamů a doplňujících textů ucelený pohled do vybraných kapitol z miniinvazivní chirurgie. Podrobněji se zaobírá problematikou detekce sentinelové uzliny u karcinomu prsu, detekce sentinelové uzliny u karcinomu rekta a mini-invazivní radiačně navigovanou parathyreoidektomie (MIRP).

Všechna videa se týkají první, tedy chirurgické fáze implantace. Sestávají se z náhledu před implantací dentálních implantátů; následně celého zkráceného postupu vlastního zavedení implantátů a nakonec stav po zavedení. V průběhu videí jsou ukázány jednotlivé nástroje pro zavedení vždy k danému kroku.
