This electronic publication includes a textbook and an accompanying image database of pathologies of the oral mucosa. The introductory chapters cover general knowledge of the oral mucosa. This is followed by chapters on individual diseases, including differential diagnostic notes. All patients whose anonymized images were included in the Atlas agreed with using the images for educational purposes. The chapters covering rare diseases were supplemented with photographs from book atlases to make the electronic image database of our atlas as complete as possible.

Hypertext Atlas of Organ Pathology contains teaching materials for pre-graduate students. It is under construction and in full version so far available in Czech language only. The English version contains only chapters with images to enable image sharing (see bellow). The interface is similar to the Atlas of Dermatopathology. Many macroscopic and microscopic images are available, as well as images from CT and MRI scanners and endoscopes.

Hypertext Atlas of Fetal and Neonatal Pathology contains clinical and histological images of various form of developmental anomalies. Virtual microscope interface is used to access histological images available in very high resolution. The Atlas is available in English and Czech.

Hypertext Atlas of Bone Marrow Pathology Pathology contains clinical and histological images of various forms of bone marrow diseases. Virtual microscope interface is used to access histological images available in very high resolution. The Atlas is available in English and Czech. 

This educational text titled “Basic principles and molecular mechanisms regulating early development of mammals - ¬physiology and pathology“ describes how embryogenesis proceeds in mammals. In this text, students will learn how the egg is fertilised, how the fertilised egg survives in the mother’s womb (called implatation), how the fertilised egg divides, how the blastocyst develops, how the implanted blastocyst undergos gastrulation or the three germ layers form, and how the brain, heart, muscle, and internal organs develop. Moreover, if the processes go awry, what the baby will be affected. This educational material is recommened to General Medical, Dental Medical students and the students who are taking a developmental biological course.
